What does Greggs have to do with travel?

Flicking through the travel section of the Sunday Times a few weekends ago I was surprised to see a feature all about Greggs - more famous for sausage rolls than being a tourist destination.

Using different Greggs outlets as the lead, the feature looked at various cities with their tourist attractions and recommended places to stay.

You can read it via the link below (paywall)

Taking a lesson from Greggs, it's another reason why you shouldn't just target travel writers for your stories. Is there another angle you could be taking that might get you featured in a different section of the paper?
